At superboxshop.com, we stand by the quality of our hardware. However, due to the nature of the technology, we adhere to a strict Return and Warranty Policy. By purchasing from our site, you agree to the terms below.

14-Day Exchange Policy (Unopened Items Only)

We do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges only under specific conditions:

Timeframe:
You may request an exchange within 14 days of the tracking number showing “Delivered.”

Condition:
The item must be completely unopened, with the factory plastic seal intact and in brand-new, resalable condition.

Value Requirement:
You may only exchange the item for a product of equal or greater value. If the new item is more expensive, you must pay the difference.

Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange (both returning the original item and shipping the new one).

Opened Items (Non-Returnable)

Once the factory seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item is considered “used.” Opened items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Clearance Items

All items marked as “Clearance,” “Sale,” or “Final Sale” are final. They are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Device Locks & Service Disclaimers

Please read this section carefully regarding the functionality of Superbox products.

No Guarantee Against Locks:
superboxshop.com makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that the device will remain unlocked or compatible with specific services indefinitely.

45-Day Unlock Support:
If your device becomes “locked” or administratively disabled within 45 days of delivery, we will provide service to unlock it. You must contact support immediately if this occurs.

After 45 Days:
After 45 days, we are not responsible for device locks. If your device becomes locked after this period, it is not grounds for a return, exchange, or warranty claim.

1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty

All products (including opened items and clearance items) come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer hardware defects.

What is Covered:

  • Hardware failure (e.g., the device won’t power on, defective remote, defective ports) caused by manufacturing errors.

What is NOT Covered:

  • Device Locks: As stated in Section 4, device locks are expressly excluded from this 1-Year Warranty.

  • Software/Streaming Issues: Buffering, channel availability, app functionality, or internet speed issues are not hardware defects and are not covered.

  • Physical damage, water damage, or damage caused by power surges.
